It is possible to feel better, even in the midst of challenging circumstances. As a seasoned counselor, I am fully committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and learning effective ways to cope with the effects of trauma.

Do you wake up anxious, feel overwhelmed at work all day and feel like you have nothing left to give your friends and family at the end of the day? Let’s work together to change that feeling.

I’m so glad you’re here!

Dealing with grief, religious trauma, and childhood trauma is no joke. I'm here to offer a safe, down-to-earth space for you to unpack all of it. No judgment, just real talk and genuine understanding. I believe in the power of finding your own path to healing, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate through it all. Let's tackle this together, one step at a time.

What is it like to work with me?

We start with what brings you in and talk about why therapy and why now. I want you to feel comfortable and safe so we will spend some time getting to know each other. Relationship building is a huge part of successful therapy and something we can’t rush. Next, we’ll talk about goals and come up with a collaborative treatment plan with you at the center. I usually start with some foundations of self-compassion and emotional intelligence. I also use Internal Family Systems or “parts work” with clients as well as EMDR. Throuout our work together you will build a better relationship with yourself and the people around you. Let’s get started.

Empowering mental healthcare

My training and personal experiences have prepared me to work with clients who are going through it. I went to Texas Women’s University and graduated in 2022. My own experience with therapy helped me realize a career change was needed and I am so glad I made the change. I love helping women and LGBTQ+ clients find the tools that work for them.

Ultimately, you want to feel like you're working with someone who truly understands the experiences of being a woman dealing with anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, and grief, right? I've devoted my career to supporting women through these exact challenges. I know how overwhelming they can feel, and how they can take over your world. I've been there. So, when we work together, you're not just getting a trained therapist – you're getting someone who genuinely empathizes with what you're facing.
